Transforming Ideas into Reality with Sanwariya Multiventures

Business Overview

Sanwariya Multiventures Limited is an integrated services provider for industries. We support our clients’ operational efficiency, expansion and facility upkeep at large industrial sites.

Our services range from civil construction and civil maintenance, on-site fabrication and erection of machinery and equipment, to building internal infrastructure such as railway lines, roads, pipelines and drainage. We also provide transportation for staff and workers, earthmoving, and loading and unloading of muck.

Industrial facilities need continuous maintenance, periodic modifications, repairs and expansion to keep operating. We meet those needs with a combination of technical, operational and manpower-intensive services. Clients can engage us for a single activity or for an integrated scope of work, which reduces their downtime, cuts coordination with multiple vendors, and keeps their plants, offices and equipment reliable.

Our business verticals

The 12 services on the current site map into four verticals. Painting, scaffolding and civil works fall under Civil; structural and equipment fabrication and mechanical O&M under Erection; pipelines and railway track laying and linking under Infrastructure. Logistics and earthmoving is new.

1. Civil Construction & Maintenance

We undertake civil construction as per our clients’ requirements and the plans they provide. We also maintain existing civil structures through regular repairs, painting and waterproofing, so facilities stay safe and serviceable.

For larger projects, we take on Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contracts. Here we deliver end-to-end: assessment, planning, technical drawings, procurement of raw materials and construction. We work with a trusted network of sub-contractors, which lets us focus on project management, quality and timely delivery.

Scope includes: industrial civil works · structural repairs · painting and protective coatings · waterproofing · scaffolding · EPC packages

2. Erection, Fabrication & Mechanical

We carry out on-site fabrication to support the erection of our clients’ equipment and machinery. Our teams also handle the mechanical requirements needed to commission that equipment and keep it running. Working on site reduces transport time and lets fabrication match actual site conditions.

Scope includes: structural and equipment fabrication · erection and installation · mechanical commissioning · mechanical operation and maintenance

3. Internal Infrastructure Development

Mining, cement and steel plants operate across very large premises. Moving goods and workers smoothly needs detailed internal infrastructure. We develop and maintain that infrastructure inside client premises.

Scope includes: internal railway lines (track laying and linking) · roads and pathways · pipelines · drainage systems · tailing dams

4. Logistic Support, Earthmoving & Others

Industrial sites run large workforces of staff and labour, typically across at least two shifts a day. We provide cars and buses with drivers to move people reliably between shifts and locations.

We also provide earthmoving services, supplying dumpers and heavy vehicles with the required manpower, including loading and unloading of muck at mining sites.

Scope includes: staff and worker transportation · earthmoving · muck loading and unloading · vehicles and equipment with operators

Skills Development

Empowering Our Workforce Through Continuous Training

We, at Sanwariya Multiventures, continually enhance the skills of our workforce through regular training programs.

Industries we servet

Mining

Our largest sector. We support mining operations with site civil works, internal roads and rail lines, tailing dams, earthmoving, muck handling and workforce transportation.

Cement

We provide civil construction, maintenance and plant support services that keep cement facilities running.

Steel

We deliver fabrication, erection and maintenance support for steel plant operations.

The integrated advantage

Most industrial clients hire separate vendors for civil work, fabrication, infrastructure, transport and earthmoving. That means more contracts, more coordination and more points of failure.

Sanwariya brings these services together under one roof, with a single point of responsibility. Clients benefit from:

  • Fewer vendors— one partner across operational and project needs
  • Lower coordination costs— activities planned and executed together
  • Less downtime— faster response for maintenance, repairs and modifications
  • Support across the asset lifecycle— from building new facilities to day-to-day upkeep
  • Long-term partnership— we grow with our clients as their sites expand

We serve both recurring operational requirements and project-based work, which builds deep, lasting client relationships.

How we work

The client usually provides the plant infrastructure our technical teams manage and execute the agreed services at the client’s facility. Every engagement follows a structured process, from first enquiry to project closure.

  1. Enquiry — We receive the client’s requirements: site location, scope of work, manpower, machinery, consumables and safety protocols.
  2. Site evaluation — Our technical and commercial teams visit the site, meet the client’s operations team, map resources and prepare estimates.
  3. Techno-commercial offer — We submit a technical offer (scope, method, manpower, equipment, timelines, safety) and a commercial offer.
  4. Pre-bid discussions and negotiation — We clarify scope, resolve technical questions and finalise terms. For large or public-sector clients, this may include online reverse auctions.
  5. Work order — The client issues a purchase order or work order, which we review against our proposal.
  6. Mobilisation — We plan resources, procure safety gear and equipment, obtain labour licences and PF/ESIC registrations, set SOPs, and deploy teams with full PPE.
  7. Execution and monitoring — Work runs to the client’s SOPs. We track KPIs such as output, equipment utilisation, quality and maintenance effectiveness through daily inspections and periodic safety reviews.
  8. Reporting — Clients receive daily, weekly and monthly reports, and feedback is acted on through corrective and preventive actions.
  9. Closure or extension — A closure report summarises KPIs and compliance. Resources are demobilised, or the contract is renewed.

This process works well as a simple numbered graphic or icon timeline on the About or Services page.

Operating model, people, safety and technology

Asset-light model

We follow an asset-light model. The equipment, machinery and vehicles needed for our services are taken on rental basis, so we can deploy resources to match each project. To grow faster and control timelines better, we are now building an owned fleet of selected equipment and vehicles, and an equipment yard and site-logistics facility at Sathana, Bijainagar (Ajmer district), close to our project sites in Rajasthan.

Our People

Our execution is powered by a workforce of over 700 people, including permanent staff and project-based personnel. The team includes project managers, engineers, equipment operators, drivers, supervisors and administrative staff, supported by dedicated HR, HSE, procurement, accounts and quality teams. We have never experienced a strike or work stoppage.

Health, Safety And Environment

Safety is built into every project. We follow a formal HSE policy covering risk identification at sites and offices, protective equipment, safe work practices and periodic safety reviews. We run regular training and awareness programmes, provide accommodation at project sites, and cover eligible employees under PF, ESI and employee compensation insurance. We also manage waste and use resources responsibly to reduce our environmental impact.

Certified Management Systems

We are certified to ISO 9001:2015 (quality), ISO 14001:2015 (environment), ISO 45001:2018 (occupational health and safety) and ISO 50001:2018 (energy). Scope: comprehensive mechanical, civil, electrical and mining services, EPC projects, and pipeline operation and maintenance.

Technology

We use integrated business software for procurement, inventory, project management and HR, giving real-time visibility of every project. Biometric attendance and digital workforce tools help us manage a large workforce spread across multiple sites.
